TASSIE, TEETH AND TANTRUMS

Hello, I am back! Lots to update you with.

TASSIE - yes, mummy and daddy took me away on my first interstate trip to Tasmania back in mid March. It was also my first aeroplane ride. I was a good girl. I loved touching the person next to me and trying to grab their book or newspaper from them! One of the air stewards loved me so much she kept coming and talking to mummy and me and I think the other staff members were getting a little annoyed. I didn't care, I loved the attention.

Tasmania was a little chilly but the sun did come out a few times. We did a bit of sight seeing, big brekkies at the cafe (well mummy and daddy did anyway - I had fun in the high chair), oh and we went to the chocolate factory and I met Freddo. I loved Freddo, I kept trying to grab him on the face. I wanted to eat him!

I am 8 mths now and have 2 teeth on the bottom. Now mummy can see why I was throwing all those tantrums and waking or not sleeping lots! I only started getting these about mid april. I am also crawling. I am really scooting around the house now. Sometimes I go and look for mummy, but sometimes I find something along the way that distracts me and then I get a fright when mummy comes around the corner telling me off - there are so many things I am not allowed to touch - but it is fun. I love crawling up to mummy, whinging and whining "mummmma, mummmma" and pulling on her leg - I can see mummy secretly loves this and usually she picks me up.

I am getting very bored of my toys and want something new to do about every 5 minutes. This is really challenging mummy - she is giving me all sorts of bits and pieces to keep me occupied - container lids, catalogues, coasters! sometimes even the remote (just to shut me up)!!
